You have a program design for Windows XP or earlier version of Windows that by default requires administrative privileges, here’s a quick tip to run the application as administrator.
What to do
Right-click on any application and click Properties, once the Window opens, go to the Compatibility tab.
At the bottom part, go to the Privilege level and click-to-check “Run this program as an administrator”.
User Account Control helps prevent potentially harmful program from making changes to your computer. It will notify you before running any program that require administrator-level permission. The default UAC setting notifies you when programs try to make changes to your computer.
