Open your registry editor
(regedit.exe) and go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\drive\shell
Create the following:

Put (default) =
cleanmgr.exe /d %1
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\Launch Disk
Defrag\command
Put (Default) = C:\Windows\System32\defrag.exe %1
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\Launch Check Disk\command
Put (Default) = C:\Windows\System32\chkdsk /r /f
