When Logic and Hardware is not complete... It means you just need to code it (vb.net or C#) instead of logic circuitry and schematic.
BINARY INPUT (BI)
Binary input is an input ground
technology that means ON is ground. If you input ground to the computer,
there’s a communication that says this Pin status is “ON”.
Easy way to
check the entire pins from the computer:

BINARY INPUT (BO)
Binary output is the output side of
CodeBase One e.g. lamps, LEDs and Relays. It is an analogy that you can use to
understand binary systems. Being “ON” means the computer wants the lamp or LED
to be on (state of 1) and “OFF” means at 0 state.
For
example as shown above, in binary systems we can read the output status to be 1 1 0 0 1 or 25 in decimal value.
In
computer, if we want see the output to be in that condition:
Out address, 25
Which
means lamp 0, 3 and 4 are ON. Out 888, 25 (Parallel port)
