Alternative Portable MP4 player and many formats for Windows 10

Finding a small and portable MP4 Player in the world with other formats? I wrote a program that can play videos for emergency like crashing file error problem with Windows Explorer.

Its a solution to our computer problem not for competition with other player.

How to get the program:
